How to get a refund?

Here's what you need to do, depending on where you bought the app.


If you bought the app on our website, just email our support team at [email protected] and ask for a refund. Super easy.


Once your refund gets the green light, we'll process it within 3 days maximum. Depending on your bank, it might take up to 15 days for the money to hit your account.


If you went through the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to follow their rules.


For Android users:

  1. Navigate to "Request your Google Play refund" at Google Play Help.
  2. Tap "Continue" at the bottom.
  3. Select "Yes" and "Continue" to view recent purchases. If you select "No," follow the link to log in to the correct Google account.
  4. Choose the purchase you want refunded and tap "Continue."
  5. Select your reason for the refund and tap "Continue."
  6. Provide a brief description of your issue, then tap "Request a refund."
  7. You'll receive a confirmation email regarding your refund status.

If you're on iOS:

Unfortunately, we can't process refunds for purchases made for iOS. Only Apple can approve those refunds. We're happy to guide you through the process, though. Here's what you do:

  1. Head to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Click "I'd like to" and pick "Request a refund."
  3. Choose your reason and hit "Next."
  4. Pick what you want refunded, then "Submit."
